About Greater
We started Greater because we believe creativity is a competitive advantage, not a commodity. In a world flattened by templates, trends, and AI-generated sameness, the brands that stand out are the ones willing to think smarter and build better.
Greater is a creative agency and Webflow Enterprise Partner based in New York City. We work with startups, established brands, and nonprofits on brand strategy, identity, design systems, and web development. We're a small, focused team. Everyone here does real work and owns real outcomes.
About the role
Greater Studio · New York, NY · Junior · Remote-Friendly
We're looking for a Webflow Developer who builds with the same care and intention a designer puts into the original design. You'll translate high-fidelity mockups into polished, performant sites, working closely with our design and strategy team from early review through launch and QA.
As a junior developer, you'll own discrete components and pages with guidance from senior team members. You'll learn how we work, contribute to real projects from day one, and grow into increasing ownership as your skills develop. Either way, you'll be doing real work on real projects with real clients.
Primary responsibilities

- Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into responsive, pixel-faithful layouts
- Implement animations and interactions using GSAP, SplitType, and native Webflow tools
- Optimize for Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and cross-browser consistency
- Structure and manage CMS architecture for client ease of use
- Own QA and pre-launch checklists, catching issues before they reach the client
Project management
- Manage your own tasks and timelines within active projects
- Communicate progress proactively with designers and project leads
- Flag blockers early rather than waiting for check-ins
Problem solving
- Ask good questions before building, not after
- Work through implementation challenges with resourcefulness and curiosity
- Surface design or feasibility conflicts early in the build process
Systems and process
- Follow Greater's established development standards and naming conventions
- Contribute to internal documentation as you learn and encounter new solutions
- Participate in QA processes and help maintain shared checklists
Writing
- Contribute to written content for Greater's blog and case studies
