Core Responsibilities
The Senior Webflow Developer is responsible for two mission-critical functions of Bantam Communication’s Client Portal.
- Successfully developing the UX and UI via the sitemap and instructions provided by Bantam into Webflow.
- Successfully integrating Airtable as the backend information management system that connects to the Client Portal in Webflow.
The culmination of these two sides of the project will result in a highly functioning and easy-to-use client portal called “BantamONE.’ This is the portal that all of Bantam’s clients use every day in order to easily assess all of the information and materials necessary to successfully do their jobs supporting clean energy development projects across North America.
The right candidate for this job has a lot of experience developing in Webflow, managing databases in Airtable, and getting creative using 3rd-party plugins and integrations such as Memberstack, Whalesync, Make/Zapier, Formstack, and Kraken, that create highly functioning websites and tools.

Requirements
Webflow
- Mastery of Webflow design tools: The ideal candidate must have a mastery of Webflow's design tools. This includes the ability to create custom designs, use typography, color theory, and layout effectively.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to make customizations, interact with APIs, and build custom functionality as required.
- Understanding of responsive design: The ideal candidate must understand the principles of responsive design. This includes designing and coding web pages to be optimized for various screen sizes.
- Familiarity with Webflow CMS: The Webflow CMS is a powerful tool that allows developers to build dynamic websites that can be easily updated by clients. To be an expert Webflow developer, the right candidate must have a good understanding of how to build custom CMS collections, add dynamic content, and customize CMS templates.
Airtable
- Understanding of database management: The candidate must have a good understanding of how databases work, how to organize data, and how to create and manage tables, fields, and records.
- Proficiency in Airtable formulas: Airtable formulas are a powerful feature that allows users to perform complex calculations, manipulate data, and automate tasks. The ideal candidate must be proficient in using formulas and functions.
- Familiarity with Airtable integrations: Airtable can be integrated with a variety of other tools and platforms, such as Zapier/Make, Slack, ActiveCampaign, and Google Drive. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the available integrations and know how to set them up and use them effectively.
- Strong organizational skills: Airtable is a highly customizable platform, which means that users can create a wide range of tables, fields, and records to suit their specific needs. However, this also means that it can become complex and overwhelming if not organized properly. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills to keep their bases and workflows organized and efficient.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years front and back-end development experience
- Strong interest in developing digital tools that support the growth of the clean energy economy.
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills are a must-have.
- Experience managing projects via Pivotal Tracker and/or Agile methodology.

Compensation
- Compensation between $80/hr - $120/hr depending on experience
