NCR Voyix is seeking a Senior Webflow Designer to lead and scale enterprise digital experiences across NCRVoyix.com and global properties. This role blends hands‑on Webflow execution, digital experience strategy, and platform innovation, with strong cross‑functional collaboration across marketing, brand, product, engineering, and analytics. You'll help shape the future of our digital operating model by integrating AI tools, improving localization workflows, and supporting our evolution toward a scalable enterprise design system. The ideal candidate is both a builder and a strategic thinker who can design for performance, scale, and global impact.
What You'll Do:
Webflow Design & Development
- Design and build responsive, performant, visually compelling pages directly in Webflow.
- Create scalable CMS architectures, multi-page templates, collections, and reusable components.
- Implement advanced animations, interactions, and micro‑interactions using Webflow's native capabilities.
- Develop custom enhancements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed.
Digital Experience Strategy
- Interpret business and brand goals and translate them into modern, intuitive digital journeys.
- Contribute to the evolution of the NCR Voyix design system inside Webflow including component structure, naming conventions, and governance.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Brand to ensure visual and messaging consistency across pages, industries, and regions.
Localization & International Scale
- Support global expansion by designing and maintaining localization ready architectures.
- Work with translation workflows, regional content teams, and multi-language publishing models.
- Implement best practices for international SEO, multi-domain structures, and localized CMS content.
Integrations & Add‑Ons
- Leverage Webflow add-ons and integrations (analytics, personalization, automation, CRM, search, etc.).
- Support marketing operations in tagging, tracking, and analytics implementation.
Performance, Accessibility & Optimization
- Ensure all builds meet WCAG accessibility standards.
- Optimize for enterprise-grade performance: Core Web Vitals, load speed, semantic structure, responsive breakpoints.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to monitor behavior, test hypotheses, and support A/B testing.
AI‑Enhanced Workflows
- Use AI tools (Webflow AI, Jasper, ChatGPT, and others) to accelerate workflows, generate variations, and support personalization.
- Help evolve internal best practices for AI assisted content and design workflows.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with Webflow platform updates, emerging design patterns, and new AI powered features.
- Coach team members on Webflow best practices, quality standards, and workflow efficiencies.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in web design, digital design, UX/UI, or brand execution roles.
- 2+ years hands-on Webflow experience, including CMS, interactions, animations, and component systems.
- Strong command of layout, typography, color, grid systems, and responsive design.
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript familiarity for custom embeds and enhancements.
- Experience with CMS modeling, multi-collection relationships, and scalable component architecture.
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Highly organized with strong capacity to prioritize.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
- Thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with localization, multi-language websites, and international SEO.
- Familiarity with Webflow apps, add-ons, and API driven automations.
- Understanding of enterprise design systems and component governance.
- Experience working with AI tools for content generation, automation, or design ideation.
