We are seeking a Web Developer to join our team on a full-time basis to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites for our clients using the Webflow platform. You will work collaboratively with designers and content creators to bring digital visions to life, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimized performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is excited to build impactful and thoughtful B2B websites.
Core duties
- Design and Development: Craft and implement custom, responsive website designs using the full capabilities of Webflow. This includes testing, cross browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.
- Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to existing Webflow websites as clients request changes.
- Optimization: Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO for maximum visibility and user engagement.
- Integrations: Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and services (e.g., Google Tags, CRM, analytics platforms, payment gateways, etc.) to enhance website functionality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers and content teams to ensure visual and functional accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Troubleshooting and quality assurance: Identify and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed on the latest Webflow features, updates, and industry best practices.
- Client Support: Participate in virtual meetings with clients and internal teams to discuss strategy, deliverables, deadlines, and other project-related activities. Lead web-related conversations to support client inquiries and client training.
- Professionalism: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Work Environment: Maintain a clean, safe home office work environment.
Minimum qualifications
- Proven experience designing and building websites with Webflow.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and (some) JavaScript within the Webflow environment.
- Experience with Webflow CMS features and setting up custom structures.
- Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
- Understanding of DNS best practices.
- Ability to integrate third-party services.
- A strong eye for visual design and user experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional attitude and ability to uphold high standards in communication and brand representation.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with other website development platforms such as Wordpress.
- Previous experience working for an agency.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and API integrations.
Compensation and benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience. DG+ benefits for all employees include:
