Think of this as our version of a graduate program. It's structured, hands-on, and you'll work on real client projects while building practical skills in design, development and motion.
You will start with shared foundations in Figma, HTML and CSS, Webflow and basic motion with GSAP. Then you choose a primary focus. If you choose design, you will go deeper into UI, UX, research and motion direction. If you choose development, you will go deeper into Webflow builds, clean HTML and CSS, accessibility and GSAP implementation.
Who we are

- Build pages and components in Webflow using your basic HTML and CSS
- Learn motion design basics and implement animations on the web with GSAP
- Support on-page SEO, QA and day-to-day project delivery
- Research design and development trends, and test ideas
What you will learn
- Reusable components in Figma and Webflow with tidy naming
- When and how to use motion in design with GSAP
