We are looking for a talented Webflow Developer and UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is for someone who can take end-to-end responsibility on beautifying and scaling up our website, all with our customers in mind.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a UI/UX Designer & Webflow Developer at MeteorOps.
Our website needs new pages all the time, improvement of existing pages, improvement of the navigation, performance optimization, and more.
These will require planning a strategy per page, designing it, implementing it, analyzing its performance, and optimizing it.
The responsibilities include other things required for day-to-day operations of the website.
This role could expand into other areas as well, including automations, SEO, and more.
Responsibilities
- Research unique ideas, web designs, and competitors
- Research our ICP continuously
- Build and improve our brand kit continuously
- Plan and design new pages based on our ICP, page goals, and branding
- Develop new pages in Webflow
- Analyze the performance of different pages and optimize them
- Redesign and implement existing pages
- Build user-journeys through the website based on different goals
- Analyze how our webpages are being used and implement improvements
- Publish content written by the team
Qualifications
- Strong experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in Webflow development
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
