We don’t just “make websites pretty.” At path digital, we relaunch websites for ambitious B2B SaaS brands – combining strategic messaging, high-converting design, and scalable Webflow development.
Now, we’re looking for a Senior Web Designer who can own high-impact design work – and grow into a Lead role as we grow.
💼 What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end design of SaaS websites: from wireframes to polished UI, animations, and final handoff
- Translate copy and website strategy into clear, high-converting page structures
- Collaborate with copywriters, PMs, and developers to ensure seamless execution
- Design with scalability in mind – modular, component-based, responsive
- Push our design standards forward through sharp critiques and a strong visual POV
- Grow into a leadership role, mentoring collaborators, guiding design direction, and shaping processes (as we build the team)
✅ What we’re looking for
- 3-5+ years of experience in web/UI design (agency or SaaS-side)
- Portfolio that shows clarity, taste, and results — not just Dribbble fluff
- You think strategically, not just visually. You ask: What’s the goal? What’s the story?
- Strong in Figma, prototyping, design systems, and basic motion/interaction
- You’re organized, communicative, and thrive in async remote work
- Bonus: Experience with Webflow, conversion optimization, or leading design sprints

🏦 Compensation & Growth
- Annual salary: €45–55k, depending on experience
- Room to grow into a Lead Designer role in 6–12 months
