We are Active Digital – a creative agency based in Chișinău, collaborating with international brands and tech startups to build memorable digital experiences. We’re looking for a talented Webflow Developer, passionate about clean design and efficient development, to join our team.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for transforming our Figma designs into fast, responsive, and pixel-perfect Webflow websites. You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to deliver complete, well-optimized, and easy-to-maintain projects.
At Active Digital, we're looking for a Webflow Developer who
- Has advanced knowledge of Webflow and can build fast, responsive, pixel-perfect websites;
- Has the eye of a designer and the mind of a developer – and understands what a strong on-brand web experience means;
- Can transform a Figma design into a fully functional site without struggling with animations, CMS, or performance tweaks;
- Understands SEO principles, performance best practices, and accessibility fundamentals;
- Optimizes everything – from mobile layouts to loading speed and microinteractions.
What you’ll do
- Build websites for international brands and tech startups;
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and project managers;
- Use Webflow to its full potential (CMS, Animations, Interactions, Integrations, etc.);
- Contribute to scalable workflows and documentation;
- Bring technical and visual optimization suggestions to each project.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Webflow – share a portfolio with at least 2–3 real projects;
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus);
- Attention to detail and a clean, structured approach to building sites;
- Fluent written English;
- (Nice to have): experience with SEO, GA4, Finsweet, or other Webflow-related tools.
