About the Growth Designer Role
As a Growth Designer you will play a critical role in our mission to help great brands take over the internet. You will collaborate on designing high performing landing pages, advertorials, as well as own the design and feel of our product. Your expertise in designing and implementing in Webflow will be key to the success of these projects. You'll work directly with the founders on the execution of these projects.

What You'll Do
Landing Page & Advertorial Design
- Design and implement high-converting landing pages in Webflow
- Design and implement high-converting advertorial style landing pages
- Optimize page layouts and user flows to maximize conversion rates
- Ensure responsive design that works flawlessly across all devices
UI/UX Design & Product Ownership
- Own the end-to-end user experience of online products.
- Create intuitive interfaces that simplify complex processes for users
- Design and maintain a consistent design system across all digital touchpoints
Marketing Asset Creation
- Design marketing assets across the funnel including emails, SMS modals, paid ad graphics, and sales enablement materials like pitch decks
- Execute quickly and at a high level of polish—no task is too small if it moves the brand forward
- Collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams to test and optimize performance-based creative
Brand Design & Identity
- Define and evolve visual brand systems, including typography, color, and layout standards
- Create reusable brand templates and guidelines for consistent cross-channel execution
- Apply brand identity across a wide range of formats—from web to presentation decks to packaging, where applicable
What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record of success as a Growth Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills and impact on business growth
- Experience with Figma and Webflow implementation.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience in designing websites for optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers for seamless implementation
- Ability to elevate visual identity and user experience of clients' brands and websites, ensuring cohesive and seamless user experiences across all touchpoints
- Experience with A/B testing and design optimization, utilizing data-driven insights to iterate and refine designs for improved conversion rates and user engagement
Role Details and Requirements
- Full time role
- Overlap minimum with EST of 6 working hours
- Proficient with written and verbal English
