We're looking for a Front-End Web Developer with strong Webflow expertise to join our team and help bring our digital vision to life. In this role, you'll combine creativity and technical know-how to design and maintain high-performing, responsive websites that elevate our brand and enhance user experience. You'll work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects our quality, consistency, and innovation.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually engaging websites using Webflow.
- Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience to drive traffic and conversions.
- Experience integrating third-party tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and automation workflows, with strong proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Troubleshoot website issues, implement A/B testing, and refine designs based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain consistency in branding, style guides, and design aesthetics across digital platforms.

Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Webflow.
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow, including CMS and animations/interactions.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly as used within Webflow.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4) for event tracking and performance insights.
- Experience integrating third-party tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, analytics tools, or marketing automation workflows.
- Understanding of SEO principles, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and the ability to implement data-informed design refinements.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining brand consistency and design standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid environment.
Nice to have
- Ability to create wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes to support early-stage design thinking.
- Strong understanding of UX and UI principles, with an eye for clean, user-friendly design.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
