The team & role
Our web design team focuses on web design but touches everything from UI/UX, to branding, creative marketing, and product . With over 100 designers, we are proud to be one of the leading design employers in the creative space.
We are looking for a senior web-designer to join our team.
You will design and build our products’ web pages, marketing and performance landing pages, and basically any other web-based initiatives.The position involves expertise in web design (and some web development knowledge from CMS creation, 3d party apps integration to HTML and CSS code implementation) and high-level knowledge in UI/UX, layouts, typography, data driven design orientation in a fast paced environment.
What you will be doing
- Be the team’s Webflow expert — translating high-fidelity designs into clean, responsive builds
- Support complex design implementations, web maintenance, and performance improvements
- Develop and maintain consistent branding and design system, web templates and components
- Collaborate with marketing, performance, development, and content teams to bring ideas to life
- Leverage data and analytics to inform design and development decisions
- Work with front-end web developers to deploy complex designs and web products
- Stay up to date with new tools and technologies to improve team efficiency
Your skills and experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong grasp of UI/UX principles and front-end best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Visual Communication, or related field
- Advanced Webflow experience — you’ve built pixel-perfect, responsive sites from scratch. Including working with CMS integrations and third-party tools.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization best practices
- Proficiency in Figma (Knowledge inPhotoshop ,Illustrator and After Effects are a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with AI tools and how they can support design and development workflows.
- Proactive, independent, and collaborative — able to manage your own work and contribute as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English
