We're seeking a Brand & Web Designer with Webflow expertise to join our remote-first team. You'll split your time between brand design (assets, campaigns, visuals) and website development (maintaining and evolving our Webflow site). Your work will directly shape how our brand is perceived and how effectively we connect with customers online.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and deliver graphics, visuals, and assets for digital and print campaigns.
- Maintain and update our Webflow website, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and performance.
- Design and build new landing pages optimized for conversions, A/B testing, and campaigns.
- Manage website forms and integration tools and APIs to process customer data collected
- Collaborate with product designers to keep brand identity aligned with product design.
- Develop marketing materials: social posts, presentations, ads, and launch assets.
- Ensure branding remains consistent while experimenting with creative storytelling.
- Support localization and scaling of web experiences across regions.
- Analyze and improve web performance, SEO, and conversion metrics.
What We Need From You
- Proven experience in brand design and Webflow website development.
- Strong portfolio showing digital brand design and Webflow builds (landing pages, microsites).
- Experience with responsive design, SEO fundamentals, and website optimization.
- Strong collaboration skills across design, marketing, and product teams.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion design a plus).
- Fluent in English—Arabic is a plus but not required.
Work Setup
Location: Remote (work from anywhere; Dubai time zone preferred ±4h).
Team: Design (collaborating with 3 Product Designers) and Marketing
