- Support WordPress development using Elementor, including layout creation and template styling.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional, visually polished web experiences.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and consistent performance.
- Lead or assist with site migrations into Webflow, including page builds, content population, and backend CMS setup.
- Troubleshoot layout/styling issues and implement frontend fixes efficiently.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in design systems, usability, and frontend standards.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 4–6+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Proven experience building and maintaining sites in Webflow, including custom components and CMS-driven content.
- Strong skills in HTML5 & CSS3, with knowledge of Flexbox, Grid, animations, and transitions.
- Solid design sensibility and ability to translate design into pixel-perfect frontends (portfolio required).
- Practical experience with WordPress and Elementor, including page/template building and basic customization.
- Ability to work independently, meet project deadlines, and communicate effectively in a remote team.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with JavaScript or jQuery for interactive UI elements.
- Familiarity with Webflow logic, CMS relationships, and user-generated content features.
- Prior experience migrating full websites between Webflow and WordPress or other platforms.
Project Note
Your first assignment will involve the migration of an entire site into Webflow, requiring frontend development and CMS configuration. Additional projects will include ongoing support for WordPress-based builds.
