As a Webflow Developer at 500 Designs, you are responsible for building and maintaining custom code solutions that extend the functionality of Webflow and enhance the user experience. You easily identify features and UI elements that may not fit within a tight budget and provide effective yet functional alternative development approaches.
What You Do:
- Use programming languages to create user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborate with the UI/UX Design team to scope out projects
- Develop fully responsive websites using WebFlow
- Suggest design edits to ensure development is not over complicated
- Gather feedback from users, customers, colleagues for further improvements
- Effectively communicate with the team to fulfill client's requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
- 5+ years of strong experience as a Web Developer
- 3+ years of strong experience with WebFlow
- Excellent working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript/jQuery & CSS/Sass
- Strong critical thinking and creative skills
- Good knowledge of graphic design tools (i.e. Figma and Sketch)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great eye for detail
- Superb time management skills
Nice to haves:
Having experience with other programming languages and frameworks such as React, Node.js, and GraphQL can be beneficial for integrating Webflow with other systems and tools.
A strong foundation in programming concepts, as well as a deep understanding of Webflow's capabilities and limitations.
