About the Role
We're looking for a mid–senior level Webflow Developer to own and evolve our marketing website. This role goes beyond building pages - you'll be responsible for maintaining a scalable, high-performing website that supports marketing, growth, and experimentation efforts. You will work closely with design, marketing, and growth teams to ensure the website is fast, reliable, conversion-focused, and continuously improving.
What You'll Do
Webflow Development & Site Ownership
- Build responsive, scalable, and pixel-accurate pages in Webflow
- Develop modular components aligned with our design system
- Implement custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) when required
- Ensure clean structure and maintainable builds
- Own QA before launches and handle post-launch iterations
CMS Architecture & Optimization
- Design and improve CMS collection structures
- Maintain CMS hygiene and scalability
- Optimize content publishing workflows for marketing teams
- Ensure consistency across templates and dynamic pages
Performance & Technical Optimization
- Improve Core Web Vitals and overall site performance
- Optimize images, scripts, and assets for speed
- Improve Lighthouse scores and loading performance
- Maintain redirects, canonical tags, and technical SEO best practices
Analytics & Experimentation Support
- Implement and manage tracking via GA4
- QA tracking before launches
- Support A/B testing setup and experimentation initiatives
- Ensure clean and reliable conversion tracking
Continuous Website Improvement
- Audit and refactor legacy components
- Improve accessibility and usability
- Optimize internal linking and SEO structure
- Identify and refactor inefficient or outdated components to improve maintainability and scalability of the website
- Identify performance and UX improvements proactively
Who you are
- 3+ years of hands-on Webflow experience (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of CMS architecture within Webflow
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with GA4, GTM, and marketing analytics implementation
- Solid understanding of technical SEO and performance optimization
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design and marketing teams
- Proactive ownership mindset, not just task execution
