We're hiring a Webflow website Developer who is highly skilled across more facets than just building a website. We're looking for someone who understands strategy, is technically strong, and takes initiative. This person should be able to build beautiful, strategic sites with little direction and help us save significant time in the process.
You'll work in a fully remote, full‑time role (9 am–5 pm), directly collaborating with our PM team and contributing to both client and product sites.
Responsibilities
- Updating client websites based on support requests assigned by the PM
- Developing new websites from Figma designs to Webflow
- Setting up and maintaining Webflow design systems
- Creating and optimising site structure and sitemaps
- Implementing SEO best practices and on‑page optimisation
- Ensuring websites meet accessibility standards
- Sharing Webflow "read‑only" links of sites you've built for review
Requirements
- Fluent in English (reading and writing)
- Strong Webflow experience (mandatory)
- Strong experience with Webflow components (mandatory)
- Experience with SEO, AEO, and schema implementation (preferred)
- Experience with sitemapping and information architecture (preferred)
- Client‑first mindset and experience working with clients
- Familiarity with Next.js (preferred)
- Experience with Claude Code (preferred)
- Proficiency with Figma (preferred)
- Comfort using an IDE
- Experience with GSAP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred)
