Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Webflow Developer who can take ownership of building high-performance, scalable, and visually refined websites. This is not a "just execute designs" role — you'll be expected to think, suggest improvements, and ship fast without breaking things.
Key Responsibilities
- Build responsive, pixel-perfect websites using Webflow
- Translate Figma designs into clean, scalable Webflow builds
- Structure CMS collections for flexibility and future scale
- Optimize website performance (speed, SEO, accessibility)
- Implement advanced animations using Webflow + GSAP
- Ensure smooth, performant motion (no laggy, heavy interactions)
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Integrate third-party tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable, etc.)
- Troubleshoot bugs and improve existing builds
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and founders directly
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Webflow experience
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with GSAP for production-level animations
- Ability to recreate complex interactions beyond Webflow's native capabilities
- Strong eye for design and spacing (non-negotiable)
- Experience with Webflow CMS and dynamic content structuring
- Strong understanding of responsive design
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Clean class naming and scalable structure (Client-First or similar)
Good to Have
- Experience with Finsweet (Attributes, Client-First, etc.)
- Experience with ScrollTrigger (GSAP)
- Experience with performance optimization for animations
- Understanding of Webflow limitations and advanced workarounds
- Experience working in an agency environment
What We Expect
- You don't blindly follow Figma — you question bad design
- You care about performance, not just visuals
- You know when not to use heavy animations
- You can manage timelines without constant follow-ups
- You communicate clearly (no disappearing mid-task)
- You take ownership — not just tickets
Compensation
₹8–12 LPA (depending on skill and ownership level)
