Ever looked at a website and thought, "This could feel so much smoother?"
Do you obsess over spacing, interactions, load speed, and that tiny hover animation that most people won't notice—but you will?
If you love crafting pixel-perfect, high-performing websites that feel effortless to use, we'd love to talk.
At DigiCrackers, we're looking for a Webflow Developer who goes beyond dragging components. Someone who understands structure, performance, responsiveness, and UX—someone who can turn designs into elegant, scalable Webflow builds that just work. You'll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and strategists to bring ideas to life—whether that's a brand website, a landing page, or a conversion-focused experience.
We're not looking for box-tickers. We're looking for builders, problem-solvers, and people who genuinely care about the craft.
What You'll Be Working On
- Build sleek, responsive, and interactive websites using Webflow that look great and feel intuitive.
- Translate Figma / design files into pixel-perfect Webflow builds with clean structure and reusable components.
- Create and manage CMS-driven websites using Webflow CMS.
- Implement Webflow interactions & animations that enhance user experience (not distract from it).
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and accessibility—because performance matters.
- Debug layout issues, responsiveness bugs, and cross-browser inconsistencies.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and developers to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain scalability and clean structure so websites are easy to update and extend.
- Stay updated with Webflow updates, no-code trends, and modern web practices.
Skills We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of industry experience working with Webflow.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (you know what Webflow generates under the hood).
- Hands-on experience with Webflow CMS, interactions, and responsive layouts.
- A solid eye for design, spacing, typography, and UX details.
- Performance optimization mindset—fast-loading websites excite you.
- Comfortable debugging layout and responsiveness issues.
- Experience with Git / version control is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and experiment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of WordPress or Shopify is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
