Position Overview
As a Webflow Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our online presence. This role involves translating design mockups into fully functional websites using Webflow, ensuring seamless user experiences, and collaborating closely with designers and marketers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual front-end development, have a keen eye for design, and possess a deep understanding of Webflow's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development & Maintenance
- Translate design mockups from Figma into fully functional, responsive websites using Webflow.
- Develop custom solutions in Webflow that meet the needs of our marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and update existing Webflow projects to ensure content is up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and user experience across different devices and platforms.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Provide feedback to design teams to ensure that designs are feasible and align with best web development practices.
- Participate in project planning sessions to understand timelines and deliverables.
Design Integration
- Ensure visual consistency across all web assets by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining design system components within Webflow.
- Utilize Webflow interactions to bring designs to life and create engaging user experiences.
- Make iterative improvements based on existing design systems.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on the latest Webflow features, industry trends, and best practices.
- Experiment with new Webflow capabilities and technologies to improve web development processes.
- Recommend and implement improvements to streamline development workflows and enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on Webflow.
- Web design experience is a major plus.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience using Webflow's designer and editor tools.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience working with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative spirit, with experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, with a passion for creating engaging web experiences.
