What you’ll be doing:

- Designing and developing a visually appealing and responsive website using Webflow
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure design consistency and brand alignment
- Implementing web animations and interactions to enhance user experience
- Creating and managing CMS collections within Webflow
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimizing site performance
- Conducting A/B testing and user testing to refine website features
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Webflow features and web design trends
- Providing ongoing website maintenance and updates
- Analyzing technical website standards to align with SEO best practices
- Monitoring traffic trends and reporting on website wins
- Supporting the wider marketing team with design tasks
What you need:
- 2+ years experience with Webflow, including designing and developing websites
- Relume and Client First proficiency is a plus
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in web design principles, UX/UI, and responsive design
- Experience with SEO best practices and site optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team
- Experience using analytics platforms such as GA4
- A portfolio showcasing your Webflow projects and design capabilities
