Position Summary
As a Webflow Designer & Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing visually stunning and user-friendly websites that align with our Partners' objectives. Your proficiency in Webflow will be essential in translating design concepts into functional and responsive digital experiences. This position will take part in multidisciplinary project groups focused on furthering company goals - from marketing initiatives to operational process improvement - with support from peers and Dieselmatic leadership.
Your Primary Objectives
Website Design and Development
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and participate in all aspects of the website development lifecycle
- Create visually appealing and user-centric website designs using Webflow, converting design concepts into fully functional and responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Optimize web designs for speed, performance, and SEO while ensuring consistent branding and visual identity across all projects
- Implement interactive elements, animations, and user interfaces to enhance user engagement
- Set up analytics tools and utilize data to inform design decisions while following web standards, accessibility, and usability best practices
- Build reusable code and libraries, debug technical issues, and conduct thorough testing across different devices and browsers to ensure optimal functionality
Webflow Expertise
- Serve as the primary expert in utilizing Webflow's features, tools, and capabilities, including custom interactions, animations, and responsive layouts
- Utilize Webflow CMS to build dynamic and easily editable content sections
- Stay updated on the latest Webflow updates, features, and best practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Actively contribute to multidisciplinary project teams focused on advancing Dieselmatic's highest priorities, often engaging in projects outside your core area of expertise
- Work closely with designers, account managers, content writers, and SEO specialists while clearly communicating design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- A passion for innovative web design and development with a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects.
- Proven proficiency in Webflow with the ability to create custom designs, interactions, and responsive layouts.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve design and technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in web design and development.

Salary Range
- $50,000.00-$65,000.00 CAD per year
