We're looking for a talented and experienced Webflow Designer/Developer to join our team and take a leading role in building and maintaining our custom Webflow website. We're going through an exciting time here at L&C and are looking for a dynamic specialist to help bring our visions to life.
Webflow Designer - Role Overview
In this role, you'll bring designs to life by translating them from Figma into clean, responsive, and high-performing Webflow pages, ensuring the site meets high standards of accessibility, SEO, and user experience. You'll be responsible for setting up and managing Webflow's CMS for dynamic content, implementing intuitive animations and transitions using Webflow's native tools and GSAP, and continuously optimising the site through quality assurance and performance testing. Collaboration is key—you'll work closely with our brand team, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver standout digital experiences that align with our brand and regulatory requirements. You'll also support the wider marketing team by applying your design skills to create digital assets like banners and email headers.
About You
We're looking for a detail-oriented Webflow expert with a strong, up-to-date portfolio showcasing your experience building modern, high-performing websites. You'll be highly proficient in Webflow Designer, CMS, and Interactions, with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards. Confident working in Figma, you can interpret and implement design handoffs with precision, and are comfortable editing or writing custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when needed. Ideally, you'll bring experience with Webflow Enterprise sites, Finsweet Attributes, and animation libraries like GSAP, as well as tools like Webflow Analyze, Optimize, and GA4. You'll have a solid grasp of SEO, performance optimisation, and API integrations.
You'll need to be organised and be capable of managing your own workload efficiently, working both by yourself and part of the wider marketing team. Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated environment would be a strong advantage but is not essential.
