We're Hiring: Webflow Designer & Developer
Are you a creative thinker with a strong eye for design and expertise in Webflow development? We're looking for a passionate Webflow Designer & Developer who can bring ideas to life with seamless user experiences and engaging interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow
- Create smooth animations, transitions, and micro-interactions for engaging user experiences
- Build CMS-driven pages and collections in Webflow
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to implement new features
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing Webflow projects
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Proficiency in Webflow (design, development, and CMS)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for custom code integrations)
- Ability to create advanced animations, parallax scrolling, Lottie integrations, and interactions in Webflow
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Experience with Figma/Adobe XD to Webflow conversion
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Zapier, Memberstack, Airtable, or other Webflow integrations
- Experience in branding and graphic design
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards
