What You'll Do
- Build and maintain scalable design systems across Webflow, WordPress, Framer, and HubSpot to ensure consistency and speed as brands grow
- Turn Figma designs into polished web pages
- Build clean, responsive pages that look great and work smoothly across devices
- Troubleshoot and fix issues across these platforms
- Create custom themes and templates when needed
- Optimize performance so sites stay fast and lightweight
- Work closely with designers and respond quickly to QA feedback
What You'll Need (absolute must haves)
- Strong experience building production websites in Webflow, WordPress, Framer, or HubSpot
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript and modern front end best practices
- Comfort debugging issues and improving existing builds, not just starting from scratch
- Performance mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate closely with designers and take feedback well
- Portfolio or relevant work examples
