Icovy Marketing is a commercialization acceleration partner for MedTech and regulated healthcare innovators. We build brands, campaigns, and websites that look and perform like the category leader. We are hiring a senior developer to own that last part. Our clients operate in MedTech, Healthcare, and FDA-regulated industries, and marketing in this space carries constraints most agencies never touch: claims need evidence behind them, tracking needs consent discipline, and builds need to be HIPAA-conscious from the first wireframe. You do not need to arrive with HIPAA experience. The compliance side can be taught. What cannot be taught is raw technical ability, and that is what we hire for.
The Role
Webflow and WordPress are the core of our work, and you are deep in both. But the reason this seat exists is range. You are the developer we can point at any web problem: an enterprise marketing site with multi-site routing, an IP-gated resource hub, a headless build, an e-commerce project, a custom integration no plugin covers. You pick the right tool for the job, you build custom solutions when platforms run out, and you learn quickly whatever the project throws at you. You will be the technical lead on client web projects from architecture through launch and optimization, owning the quality, performance, and on-time delivery of every web property we build and manage.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and ship high-end marketing sites in Webflow, including CMS architecture, interactions, and responsive builds that match designs pixel for pixel
- Architect and maintain builds beyond a single platform when the project calls for it: WordPress, Astro, e-commerce, IP-gated experiences, multi-site routing, and headless architectures
- Build scalable CMS architecture and content workflows that let marketing teams ship updates without waiting on a developer
- CRM integration and workflow management (HubSpot, etc)
- Own the marketing technology layer: Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixel and retargeting implementation, and cookie consent and privacy compliance, with HIPAA-conscious builds as standard practice
- Support conversion rate optimization across the portfolio: A/B testing, landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and reporting that ties web work to leads and pipeline
- Own performance, technical SEO, accessibility, and QA so every launch is fast, stable, and conversion-ready, and collaborate directly with strategy, design, and account teams
Where This Role Integrates
The development work is the foundation. On top of it sits conversion rate optimization, with substantial room to grow that side of the role. You will help build the systems that attribute marketing work directly to leads and sales pipeline, then run the testing programs that turn that data into results for our clients and for Icovy. This is a foundational seat at a growing agency: as results compound, you will have the opportunity to shape and lead our web and CRO practice, working directly with the founder on the projects that grow the business.
What You Bring
- A strong portfolio of live production work. This is required, and it is the first thing we review.
- 5+ years building production websites, with deep, demonstrable Webflow and WordPress work
- Enterprise capability you can point to in shipped projects: some combination of multi-site architecture, IP gating or gated content, headless builds, scalable CMS design, or complex third-party integrations
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, and the instinct to build a custom solution when a platform hits its limit
- Range across stacks: you choose tools based on the problem, not habit, and you pick up new ones fast
- Self-direction and an eye for detail: you can take a brief, ask the right questions, notice the 2px misalignment, and deliver without hand-holding
Bonus Points
- Motion and interaction work (GSAP, Lottie, Webflow Interactions)
- Hands-on GTM and GA4 configuration, and A/B testing or landing page optimization experience
- Fluency with AI tools and APIs, and a point of view on where they belong in web development
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, MedTech, FDA-regulated, finance)
- Consent management platforms (OneTrust, Cookiebot) and email or marketing automation (Klaviyo, HubSpot)
