Role Overview
We're hiring a UX/UI Designer who's strong in both design and execution, especially using Framer and Webflow. You'll design clean, modern, user-friendly interfaces, then help bring them to life as real, working pages and product experiences.
You'll work closely with product, developers, and business teams to understand goals, turn ideas into wireframes and prototypes, and ship high-quality UI that feels smooth and consistent across the product. This role also includes contributing to the front-end handoff and implementation to make sure what gets built matches the design.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive UX flows, user journeys, and screen layouts for web and mobile products
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that explain the full experience clearly
- Build and improve landing pages, marketing pages, and UI layouts using Webflow and/or Framer
- Maintain a clean design system (components, spacing, typography, colors) to keep everything consistent
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and smooth handoff
- Gather feedback, test usability when needed, and iterate quickly based on real user and business needs
- Make sure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance and conversion
Qualifications
- Strong UX/UI fundamentals (layout, hierarchy, usability, interaction design)
- Solid visual design skills and ability to produce polished mockups
- Hands-on experience with Framer and Webflow (building real pages, components, responsive behavior)
- Understanding of front-end basics (HTML/CSS concepts, responsive design, design-to-dev workflow)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with tools like Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design / HCI (nice to have, not required if your portfolio is strong)
Bonus Points
- Experience designing SaaS dashboards, admin panels, or complex systems
- Experience with copy/layout for marketing pages and conversion-focused design
- Basic motion/interaction experience (micro-interactions, smooth transitions)
