Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior UX Designer & Frontend Developer with strong experience in Webflow and WordPress.
This role combines:
- UX/UI design thinking (user journeys, wireframes, conversion design)
- Frontend development (Webflow implementation + responsive builds)
- CMS experience (Webflow + WordPress)
You are not just a designer or just a developer, you are someone who can design it, build it, and optimize it for performance. This role is primarily focused on Webflow (approx. 80%), with WordPress experience (approx. 20%)
Key Responsibilities
UX Design
- Conduct UX thinking for user journeys, flows, and conversion paths
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs (Figma or similar)
- Design experiences focused on clarity, usability, and conversions
- Improve UX based on feedback, analytics, and testing
Webflow Development
- Build fully responsive websites using Webflow (end-to-end development)
- Convert UX/UI designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds
- Use Webflow CMS for scalable and dynamic websites
- Implement animations and interactions (Webflow, Lottie, Rive)
WordPress Experience
- Work with WordPress CMS, themes, and page builders
- Understand site architecture, plugins, and content structure
- Support migrations between WordPress and Webflow when needed
- Perform customization and performance optimization
Frontend & Optimization
- Ensure clean, responsive, cross-browser compatible builds
- Apply HTML/CSS fundamentals where needed for customization
- Optimize for SEO, speed, accessibility, and conversions
- Build landing pages and funnels designed for performance
Workflow & Collaboration
- Work with tools like Figma, ClickUp, Trello
- Collaborate with marketers, designers, and developers
- Manage tasks independently and meet deadlines consistently
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer + Frontend Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with Webflow (mandatory)
- Prior experience with WordPress (CMS, themes, or customization)
- Strong UX/UI portfolio (wireframes + live websites required)
- Solid understanding of responsive design and user experience principles
- Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and SEO basics
Good to have:
- Experience using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) to improve workflow
- Experience with Web animations (Lottie, Rive, or similar)
