Role & Responsibilities
- Build bespoke, visually striking websites in Webflow based on approved designs
- Create custom animations, transitions, and interactive elements that elevate brand experiences
- Implement sophisticated text animations and micro-interactions that add "wow" moments
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
- Integrate with CMS platforms and third-party tools
- Collaborate closely with designers to maintain design fidelity and push creative boundaries
- Debug and resolve technical issues across devices and browsers
- Participate in code reviews and quality assurance testing
Requirements
- 5+ years of web development experience with at least 3 years specializing in Webflow
- Expert-level Webflow proficiency including custom code, interactions, and CMS
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom implementations
- Designer's eye for detail, spacing, typography, and motion
- Ability to translate Figma designs into polished, animated Webflow experiences
- Experience creating custom animations and transitions without relying on pre-built libraries
- Must love deep tech
Preferences
- Experience with GSAP, Lottie, or other animation libraries
- Ability to integrate Three.js or WebGL elements into Webflow projects
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and Core Web Vitals optimization
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
