As a Webflow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning websites and high-converting landing pages that elevate our client’s online presence. Responsibilities
- Develop visually striking websites and high-converting landing pages using Webflow.
- Ensure optimal speed and performance of Webflow projects through efficient asset management and clean coding practices.
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow implementations, maintaining consistency across layouts, styles, and components.
- Implement structured class naming systems like Client-First to facilitate scalable Webflow projects.
- Ensure responsive design principles are applied.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Webflow development with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- English proficiency (C1-C2 level).
- Strong understanding of web design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Optional Requirements
- Previous experience as a UI or web designer.
- Understanding of SEO and CRO principles and best practices.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma.
- Familiarity with Relume.io or similar component reuse tools is advantageous.

- Competitive salary commensurate (from $1700 to $1900 per month) with experience and qualifications.
